These terms cover the onto-kb subscription sold by WisdomSpringTech. Home · Privacy policy
onto-kb is a hosted, read-only MCP server. A paid subscriber may connect an AI chat app that supports a remote MCP connector and use it to search and read documents in WisdomSpringTech’s Google Drive library. The server cannot write, delete, or share Drive files. Paying does not connect the subscriber’s own Google Drive.
The price is USD 20 per month, billed through Stripe Checkout. Card numbers are entered on Stripe, not on this website. Connector setup is available only after Stripe reports the subscription as active in that browser.
You can cancel the first month at any time before it renews, in the Stripe customer portal. There is no shorter deadline and no free trial. The subscription renews on the same date next month, so the longest first period is 31 days. Canceling stops the next USD 20 charge. The first payment is not refunded, except where consumer law gives a right to withdraw, as described below. Access lasts until Stripe marks that paid period as ended.
Full access starts as soon as you pay, so the first payment is not refunded, except where consumer law gives you a right to withdraw (for example, 14 days in the EU and UK, refunded minus the days of access). Cancel any time before renewal. The fee pays for the hosted search service and the curated, evolving KB, not for a license to the Stack Exchange and other third-party content it quotes, whose attribution is kept in the KB. AI-written parts of the KB are labeled and may contain errors. The service is provided as is. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Stack Exchange or any AI provider.
Do not attempt to bypass the paywall, share entitlement cookies or tokens, or use the service to write or delete Drive files. The onto-kb service remains WisdomSpringTech’s. Some parts of the library are licensed CC BY-SA 4.0. Those parts keep the attribution that accompanies them, including the creator, the source, the license, and any notice of changes. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under that license, and nothing in these terms removes that attribution.
The library contains AI-generated text that may be wrong. The service is provided as is, without warranty, and liability is limited to the fees paid in the last month.
